Weed Man

This year we used their services. Our technician was Brandon he was very prompt and helpful. Informed us of the product and if it would be harmful to our family dog who is outside quite a bit. Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend

I would have given zero starts if I could. I started the service with Weedman back in July and was hoping to get all the weeds taken care of (and by the way, my yard is in pretty good shape but I am a perfectionist and wanted to have a super clean yard). Had the first application then 2 weeks later, the weeds were dying so I was happy. Then on the second application, I received an email that it was done and I was surprised. I have cameras around my house and didn't see anyone stepping on the yard. Called them and they said that based on the GPS tracker, the guy was there, so I said OK, maybe it's a glitch in my cameras. Third application, my wife was home, saw the guy arrived and treated our neighbor's yard, never touched ours, then again received an email that it was treated. I sent them

Made the switch from TruGreen to WeedMan and my lawn looked absolutely horrible at the end of the season. I have never seen so many weeds in my lawn and patches everywhere. When I called to discuss it, which I had to several times before I got any response, they finally sent a manager over to inspect it. He left me a voicemail saying "yeah no idea why your lawn looks so horrible... just kidding! We forgot to service it for the past 2 months and it just got away from us." I spent hundreds of dollars on every single recommendation they made me and followed every instruction for a "Flawless lawn." I never write reviews but this was the worst experience I have ever had and I am very disappointed for throwing away all that money only for my lawn to become absolutely horrible.

Very disappointed with Weed Man Lawn Care. Their sales team was extremely pushy and would not take no for an answer. I felt pressured the entire time, even after clearly stating I wasn’t interested. The representative became overly aggressive trying to force a payment plan out of me, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional. Sales tactics like this are a huge turn-off.
