Weed Man Lawn Care

Reyes and Manual just came by to go over what they will be doing in the yard and flower beds today. Weed Man is a remarkable service. We are always getting compliments on our yard! Their customer service is excellent and so is their yard service. They offer many different programs and it’s incredibly affordable. I had been a long time customer of over 10 years that spanned two properties. Both locations had the best lawns of the neighborhood. Things started to change a few years ago. Crab grass coming in, fescue starting to get patchy. I kept speaking with my techs when they came. They added a disease spray. Things just kept getting worse. I had managers come out to get their assessment. They made promises and recommendations but the grass continued to suffer. I had given them the benefit of the doubt for so long because of the earlier success. Finally, I had enough and called to cancel. I got berated by the woman on the phone into letting a manager come to my house to figure out what went wrong even though I was cancelling. Broken Irrigation, Constant Rescheduling, Poor Work Quality I gave this company the benefit of the doubt for far too long. I signed up for their yearly weed control service. Someone came out, walked my property, took notes, and we got everything set up. But from the very first visit—when the crew sprayed and applied fertilizer—the work was done incorrectly. I contacted them and was told someone would come back out to fix it. That same cycle continued all year: work done wrong, repeated calls, and constant rescheduling. Eventually I had enough and canceled my service. I recommend finding a small local business that actually cares about doing the job right.

Manuel was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was going to do and asked me if I had any questions or concerns. Our property looks awesome because of the services offered by WM.

I just want to share my experience with Sean from Weedman Yesterday. Sean came over for a re-application of weed control and fertilizer . You guys have a Great employee for sure. Sean Was inquisitive and went the extra mile showing me how your process works on the weeds and because of his recommendations, I’m going to be adding more sevices! Keep up the good work guys!!
