Weed Man Lawn Care

We had them for one year, and fired them. Our focus was weed control and fertilizer. Zero crab grass, zero grubs. All season serviced, the weeds just continued to spread. Their sales personnel constantly calls to say "they are predicting grubs are going to be bad. Crab grass is going to be bad". They are extra charges, of course. If you say sure do it, that is automatically part of your service the following year. You cannot remove them on your online account, as you must call them. That is when their management gets involved, and will argue with you over and over letting you know THEY are the professionals, and know your yard better than you do. Telling you that you will NOT find anyone else that will allow you to have less than the standard 7 visits, or who will do a better job t

I have a section that I have a long brown spot like it was burn from treatment been waiting for a senior tech to come look at it and nothing it’s been a week. So for the prompt service I’m canceling my service. Thanks.

So far I dealt with the sales department. Brad. He was great! One of those agents you wish you had on every type of service. He gave good concise information. He answered every question with good information. Polite, personable and most importantly respectful. It was a pleasure. I believe when the work starts in March, I will be just as satisfied with the rest of the company because of Brad’s expertise! Thank you!

Mark was super friendly and very professional. He didn't pressure me to buy and explained why this service was such a good deal.
