Weed Man Lawn Care

We’ve had a great experience with Weed Man! Their customer service has been amazing from the start, and they are always friendly and helpful. Our technician, Isaiah, consistently goes above and beyond. He is thorough, respectful, and very kind every time he services our lawn. We’re already seeing positive changes, but it’s important to remember that lawn care is a process and takes time to show full results. With Weed Man, we feel confident in the progress and the care we’re receiving. Highly recommend! 🌱✨

I’m convinced they don’t actually spray or put anything down on your lawn when they say they do. I’ve seen ZERO progression in my front or backyard with weeds. If there is ANY advice I could give anybody that I would have liked to have told myself before, it’s that do NOT waste your hard earned money on Weedman services. It is not worth it I promise you.

I wish I could give them zero stars! We paid and they never came out. We called and they kept saying just be patient. Then out of the blue they canceled our account and refunded the money. They called us multiple times begging for our business. When we finally agreed they asked for a lump sum up front which was an insult like we can't be trusted to pay. Awful communication and even worse customer service. You are better off using Lawnmasters or True Green.

Most unprofessional company. Non communicative. Their communcation causes alot of problems and i dont think they have a clue just how bad it is. Set up a service for them to come out. Set it up with the guy on the phone while i was working on MY job. They have called me so many times to get service through them. Just hounding and hounding. I have had them before and had something set up a yr ago and they never came out to spray. I called and the woman never said anything about me owning anything at the time. She said give it some time bc they are just getting started for the spring. I wait almost another month, only for them to tell me that they tried to take payment for something they haven't done yet. Then proceed to tell me they shut my account down. Ok fine. So i go elsewhere and then

My newborn baby just got home from the hospital, and I just put my crying 18 month old down for bed for the night. It's 6:47 PM (after dark) on a Friday night, and these guys decide to ring my doorbell to solicit their service. If I ever use a lawn service, I will use a company that doesn't do that.
