Weed Man Lawn Care

Not worth a single penny. We had Weedman out to give us an estimate a year ago, while they were here, they said they would treat the grass and the rocks - and they wrote that in the contract we signed. They repeatedly we asked them to treat the rocks that were overgrowing with weeds while they were here. After months of terrible looking landscape, we called them. They said they do not do rocks. Which I explained we were told they do and that it was actually written in our contract. They argued and explained, but it was in our contract and were were several months in. He said he would make an exception. We waited a couple of months and our rocks still look as pictured here. The last time they came, I watched our cameras. They were here less than 2 minutes! Absolutely recommend the mosquito treatment 100% The cost is so affordable and the techs and customer service are top performers After years of being a prisoner in my home and trying multiple store bought options all of which failed I was finally able to enjoy my yard anytime of day or night I am surrounded by 400+ acres of trees/woods and this company was able to properly protect my yard giving us many family gatherings/cook outs/relaxing evenings out in the yard all year long Never bought or applied any chemical mosquito spray to myself or my children since the first treatment Don’t wait another day if you are suffering from mosquitoes Run and call them now!

Horrible service. I could never get the “home office” to have the local Wilmington office that was servicing us to contact us. We continued to have weeds after they serviced our yard, and they burnt several sections of our yard when fertilizing in the summer months. I could never, ever get someone to respond to me on these issues. Fastest service I received, was when I left a message to terminate my treatments. I have no idea how these guys are in business.

Decided to use Weed Man. Terrible customer service after they have your payment info they screw you and don’t call you back as they can’t even afford to hire someone to answer the phone making you leave a voice mail with no response! They must have came out and just watered my grass as weeds have gotten worse after over 2 weeks since they sprayed. Called them 3 times and of course had to leave voice mail. NO CALL BACK! Total rip off! Beware and do not use them for you weed control! Pics of weeds after 2 weeks of spraying!

So far so good...very straight forward with their plans for you lawn...just started using them but good so far.
