We are very happy with our new fiberglass pool in Windermere. From the first meeting all the way through the pool installation and regular cleanings, everything has been smooth and professional. Anytime we had questions, we received quick responses. Matthew, Robert, Braden, and the whole team always went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with every step. The team did an amazing job cleaning and updating our large, older pool in Windermere. We needed a full pool cleaning, along with some upgrades like switching to LED pool lights, replacing the spa heater, fixing the in-ground spa remote, making the tile look brand new, and installing new skimmer units. The crew worked hard every day, and there was always great communication and follow-up to make sure we were completely happy with everything. We recently switched to Weekly Neighborhood Pool Care for our pool cleaning and maintenance in Windermere. At first, there were a couple of small issues, but we decided to give them another chance since our pool needed some repairs too. Matthew came out to handle the repairs, and he did an excellent job re-plastering and re-tiling a section of our pool. It looks fantastic now! When I first started with Weekly Neighborhood Pool Care, I had a few things I wanted to fix up with my pool after summer. I’ve been working with them for a while, and I have to say, the customer service has been outstanding from the start. Nolan, John, and Braden have always been quick to answer my calls and questions, and there have been plenty! With pool cleaning and maintenance, small issues can pop up, and I’ve had my share—from cleaning the pool deck, keeping up with the filter, to making sure everything was running smoothly. Each time, they took care of things right away and made sure I was happy with the results. John came out in person, was honest about everything, and explained what to expect, including possible delays since supplies were taking a bit longer.
