Don't know the quality of the concrete work but I can say the owner of the company(Neal) or he says he is,really ripped me off on a camper.said it was appraised at $15000 I bought it $12000 and found several problems.The true appraisal $10000.Being this was a new experience for me an am new to owning a camper he could of been honest.Lesson learned.
