Weinstein Supply Showroom - by appointment

I had a verified appointment with a sales person which was cancelled by herself. At the follow up appointment the salesperson was rushed, not familiar with the file sent by the contractor nor my information previously given. Although I understand she was newly hired her lack of knowledge of her stock items, alternatives carried by Weinstein by catalogue(verified by visiting another Weinstein) and dismissive comments she voiced about other employees was disappointing and unprofessional. Rather than admitting her limitations she blustered through with incomplete and incorrect assessments. I have dealt with Weinstein many times in several states. Be wary of this location if desirous of competent, pleasant help!

I recently ordered a new sink and kitchen faucet, and replaced bathroom fixtures through the EHT Weinstein Supply. I am completely satisfied with the service I received and the products I ordered.

I've purchased quite a few things for my house from Weinstein! Their customer service is top notch and they always have the best quality products! I really appreciated the help and guidance I received from one of their sales rep's, Lynn! She was informative, patient and helped me find the right options for what I needed! I won't even waste my time going anywhere else! Check out their new showroom too! It's a great chance to see some of these products up close!

If I could give it zeros stars I would AND very rarely do I write a bad review! First off this place was not our top pick of Kohler retailers but when we found out Ferguson’s relocated out of our area we decided to stop into Weinstein’s, even though we’ve heard the sales staff were arrogant. My husband and I wanted to order and purchase a Kohler shower surround, not a big purchase but certainly would have appreciated a price quote. The saleswoman took our information however it’s been over three weeks, she has not gotten back to us. They seem more concerned with the higher end deals. Just such a shame they would treat a local this way and obviously they are more concerned with appearance or people that “look” like they have money.

I am 1 of 4 highly experienced sales people in our beautifully remodeled showroom. I love the look on people's faces when they walk through the door and then again when they see our 2nd floor showroom. We take on every project from a faucet to a new home and everything in between.
