Email to Meg Ludlow: I have to tell you what a pleasure it was working with you and the team at Weinstein’s. Yes, our faucets were delayed much longer than we all anticipated and yet out of all the vendors we used for the different aspects of our kitchen you were the only one to keep me updated and posted along the way. You never once left me hanging and I thank you for that. Sometimes all it takes is keeping the customer informed and you did that amazingly well. It was appreciated. You were also amazing and super responsive when I wanted to order our cabinet hardware and then change the finish on the faucet order. You never sounded frustrated or put out, you simply took the order and made it happen. As for your service department: I was able to pick up the order as my items arrived

We were renovating our main bathroom, ran into some issues as we were purchasing items on our own and ultimately ended up working with Meg Ludlow. She was very knowledgeable, patient, efficient and a pleasure to work with! Meg went above and beyond customer service wise to make sure we had exactly what we wanted in the short time frame we had. The showroom was magnificent! It was nice to be able to actually see items and not just go from pictures on line. I would highly recommend Weinstein Willow Grove.

Horrible customer service I received from Meg. I’ve been shopping at Weinstein since 2010 and I’ve never ever been so insulted and turned off. Spoke to her manager Tony and he could care less. If it wasn’t for the relationship I have with their Philadelphia location, I swear on everything that Weinstein would never see another dime from me or my company. Totally disgusted. Weinstein Philadelphia and Norristown really appreciates their contractors.

Make an appointment in advance or plan to wait little while if you have questions. Nice showroom of sinks & bath ideas. Coming from another state, prices were better here and sink was in stock ready to take home. Had to special order high end faucet but it delivered directly within week.

I normally fully support small businesses, however in this case the staff is not only very unknowledgeable but also very lazy. My father purchased a faucet years ago from here with a full lifetime warranty. The staff didn't want to hear it. They wanted to sell him a new one. Terrible business ethics. Went to Home Depot instead. You lost yourself multiple customers after this interaction.
