Welch Oil Co

Not sure who used me or husband name to place poor review for Welch' s oil, but was not us. We have used them for years and would not go any place else. We were in a pickle last Christmas when our oil tank split and we lost all of our heating fuel. Not only did they have the new tank right there but Bobby delivered as soon as we got the tank installed. So for those of you giving poor reviews shame on you. This Bee household wouldn't go any place else and will only recommend Welch Oil to others.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY!Called for heating fuel delivery and was told next week.I call 6 days later to see if they were making the delivery this week.I call,no answer.I get a call back 2 hrs.later from a woman(different person from the week before)and was rudely told I don't recognize your name,we are not taking new customers.I said I spoke to a gentleman the week before and was told they would make the delivery this week,still same rude answer.Now my tanks are empty and have to find fuel in a hurry. Costing an additional $40 now that the price jumped.Thank you for the unprofessional service.I am surprised this company stays in business.I will make sure to never recommend to anyone.

Been using them for a few years now. Only live a few miles from where they are located. It's been 4 weeks since I called to get oil from them and they never delivered or followed up with me. Quoted me a price and can't give me that price now when I call back. States she told me the price wouldn't be firm (but never did say that). If you can't deliver the same week I order and can't keep that price don't accept my order. Any other year I would order from them the price was firm when I placed my order. Obviously don't know now to run a business or even communicate. I would not recommend getting oil from them.

My very first experience. Will NEVER use them. I phoned to get prices. They were the cheapest. We go through the whole thing. She finds out where I live. Tells me they do deliver to my area. She explains they don't take debit / credit cards. Only check or cash. I explained it would be a check. She asked if I wanted to place an order. I told her yes. She starts to take the order & then all of a sudden says you know what since I have never dealt with you before we want cash. I told her it was okay it was going to be a business check but, I can call elsewhere. I understand that they could have previously been burned but, at what point will my business checks be accepted. What is the point of accepting now or later. It's not going to be returned.

My family and I have been customers for as long as they have been in business. This year we ran out of oil before I ordered it (which never happens). I have 2 small children with breathing problems so kero or electric heat is not an option. After placing my order yesterday, I was told I would be delivered within 24hrs. Today I called to find out the status and see if they had been out while at work. Not only did they not come, they said it could be another couple days now. When I questioned why, the woman on the phone took an attitude with me, declaring that I was not going to get a discount (which I never asked for) and that it wasn’t going to get there any quicker. Then she proceeded to hang up on me! This is not how you treat a customer of 25+ years!!! Terrible service, do yourself a
