Welchel Plumbing Water Well Pump Service

At the recommendation of a friend I called Welchel Plumbing when the well quit. A real (and nice) person answered the phone. The crew of Travis and Shane showed-exactly on schedule. They worked their magic, replaced the controller, double checked the pressure switch settings and left. They were both professional and clearly had some expert level knowledge & experience. I would highly recommend using them.

I was confident calling Welchel based on reviews, but I had a terrible experience. I waited 3 weeks for an appointment, then technicians finally arrived and spent about 5 min to tell me they don’t work on our kind of well but could replace it for an outrageous fee. $250 service fee for something they could have told me over the phone. I feel I’ve been scammed.
