Well Connected Electric

They were quick to give me a bid for my project but after that I couldn’t get anyone to return my phone call to schedule the project or ask a question. I talked to the receptionist several times. I left voicemail for one of the guys and I sent an email. Each time I was assured they would get back to me. I asked if they were too busy to do my project and she said they weren’t too busy. This went on for months. Finally went with a different electrician and he was on it in a couple of days!!

Recently moved to the LC Valley. Bought an older house that had some very creative DIY electrical issues done by previous owner. While interesting, not safe. So we were referred to Well Connected by our home inspector. Called, spoke to Chelsea who got us set up with a price quote from Gerry. Quote was reasonable, and today Tyler and Tim came out and took care of everything. They were on time, professional, friendly and did an excellent job. We now have a safe garage, and three 8 ft LED lights in there, and no longer have to worry about the creative wiring that was previously in the garage. We would highly recommend Well Connected for any electrical jobs you need to have around your home, business, etc. Thank you gentlemen for a great job!

Has an appt this morning with Brett at 10am. No show. Called office Kaitlyn asked what happened. No call back. I called and then talked to Gary who said has no idea what happened and laughingly said "sometimes we forget" Well fine then. Calling someone else.

Pulled into the business parking lot. Apparently did not pulled forward enough from the entrance. Owner, Mr. Holley, laid on horn and displayed a few rude gestures. Was going to get out of car to apologize but owner barreled out of parking lot so fast, that I didn't get the chance to. Just glad I wasn't there to seek electrical services. Very unprofessional for a business owner.

The owners are knowledgeable, professional, uber-friendly, and will bend over backwards to help. I've use them for both home and commercial work; they're consistently responsive and speedy.
