I called the well doctor & pump co., today and spoke with Dan, the owner. I had utilized his services 5 years ago, so I immediately recalled his name when we had this new issue. After I explained the situation, Dan said he could stop by later in the afternoon. As promised, he showed up on time, replaced the gauge, and was all done in a breeze! Dan is an amazing guy with work ethics at the scale of 10 out of 10! Here's why: 1. He showed up on time 2. He was very professional, even removing his shoes at the entrance of our door, when he realized that we had our shoes on the mat by the entrance. 3. He replaced the gauge in a breeze 4. I called Dan around 6:30am, he answered and he was at my house around 9am. He was hoping it was just the switch to the tank but of courses it wasn't. We had to replace the pump. He replaced the pump on the same day. We had water around 4pm. Not even 12 hours later. He was very polite, clean and professional. I felt the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend based on my action with him.

Dan was great!!! He surprised me on Monday the day before New Year’s Day regarding my well water repairs. I needed a new well tank and my pump repaired…. On Monday he called in the evening to see if he could start replacing the well tank..because that is had taken longer to replace. I was so grateful and touched that he was willing to work at night….the next morning, I went for breakfast and when I got back home Dan, had already started on the well pump in my front yard, he wasted no time. Bought a very old and dilapidated home, piping made no sense, Well Doctor helped me diagnose a difficult case of 150 years of DIY and get the water flowing again. Very impressed. Would highly recommend.

On Saturday, before Easter Sunday when my Franklin township home was beginning to get filled with guest our water stopped working. Called Dan around 12PM, he was at our home by 2PM. Quickly he recognized the issue and replaced the malfunctioning part. I wasted over an hour calling other companies asking, "Are you a well specialist?" SMH 😟😤 I'm glad I came across The Well Doctor. You don't realize how much you need something until you don't have it anymore. Thank You Dan!
