Excellent experience our well ceased to pump water at 6pm on a week night, I called several plumbers without any reply. We called well works. James was here within 20 minutes by 8:00 p.m. We had water again. Fantastic service! Love them to pieces. Highly recommend. Very polite, very nice, very friendly great attitude solved the issue NO BS thank you James!!

October 15, 2024 Who are you gonna call?? If it’s a well problem, it better be Well Works! I called in my problem on a rainy holiday morning around 9:00 AM. The cool calm and collected person on the other end of the phone had me describe what was going on while she reviewed the information on my well, pump, and other equipment. Facts at her fingertips! Imagine that. An hour later, the two Jims arrived with their “magic truck” and within another hour, had diagnosed the problem and began pulling the submersible pump. They replaced not only the pump but also the many feet of wires that sink down with it into the darkness and by lunch time, my well was back in business. Amazing to watch these two wizards at work! Well Works drilled a new deep well for us in 2004. We have had no problems with the well with excellent water quality and quantity. Very pleased with the new well for all these years. Unfortunately, after heavy watering due to the high heat, we suddenly had no water this past Sunday. We called Well Works and left a “help!” message with their answering service. They called back within 1/2 hour to find out what the problem was and walked me through some simple checks on the phone but still we had no water. Jim showed up within the hour and determined the original pump had failed (we are happy to have gotten 16 years out of it). When faced with a sudden emergency involving my well tank and water pump, chaos ensued as water flooded everywhere. Thankfully, in my hour of need, Jimmy from Well Works swiftly came to the rescue. With remarkable efficiency, he replaced the malfunctioning tank and expertly diagnosed and resolved the issues with the pump. Their prompt response and effective solutions saved the day, preventing what could have been a disastrous situation. I shudder to think what might have transpired if Well Works hadn't been available when I needed them most.

I had an emergency well pump issue and Well Works was one of the companies I contacted. They called me back promptly to talk about the issue and the guy I spoke to (Jimmy) said he could come out that night. This was around 6pm. After arriving and going through the simple tests, he determined that the well pump was pretty much shot. It was almost 28 years old, so it's had a good life span. He was able to get the new pump installed that night! We did run into an issue with the pitless adapter that is still being worked on, but the service tech was able to work up an alternative method to get the water to the house until we can resolve the issue.
