Moises was my assigned technician and he showed up promptly at the appointment. He was very courteous and worked quickly and efficiently. My kitchen door needs a new lock bc was in poor condition, and he replaced the damaged lock and installed a new lock on it, since it was broken. I wholeheartedly recommend his services to whomever needs them.

Mike did an outstanding job in repairing broken balancers on a window. Mike called me as I had been notified that he would, and he was on time and was able to do the repair perfectly. We will highly recommend Mike and OPEN EASE SLIDING DOORS to get windows and sliders repaired.
