New Brunswick Parking Authority is garbage for this garage. If you're leaving at a busy time and one of the two exit lanes is down or occupied by an idiot who is holding up the line, you may legitimately wait up to an hour just to leave the parking garage. NBPA should be ashamed of themselves for this Wellness Deck.

Worst parking garage. Gates don’t work always has a backed up when going out you can’t get to your next appointment during rush hours because you always have to wait to get out of the lot. There’s nobody supervising homeless people sleeping on the stairwells.

Royal pain to pay! Pay station is on upper floor. Why not pay stations on each floor?

Very crowded and if 1 person has a problem with ticket machine it takes forever to get out
