Jill and the WellRive Team were great. Their packing and unpacking went smoothly and they treated all of our “treasures” carefully. The team was caring, friendly and focused. We did a “one-day” move with packing and moving one day and unpacking the next. Our moving crew was also great. They treated our furniture and items with great care. They asked where to put things and rearranged furniture when asked. They always asked if there was anything else they could do for us. The unpacking team was efficient and most helpful in putting everything where we wanted. They also hung some of the pictures where we wanted them. This is the second move that we have used Jill and her team and this one went as well as the first. We would definitely and highly recommend WellRive.

We hired WellRive to move our mother from a senior facility to a memory care facility. the team from WellRive was very knowledgable, experienced, thorough and highly efficient. With the preplanning meeting we had, the actual move started at 9:00am and was completed, with pictures hung, by 1:00. Plus, they were able to donate everything we no longer needed. Whew!! It made the move for our mother significantly less disruptive and stressful and for that we are extremely grateful. I cannot recommend WellRive highly enough.

My father passed earlier this year, and my mother moved to an assisted living facility. This left us with a house full of a lifetime’s clothes and possessions. Mom wants the house sold, and it would have taken me a year or so to prepare it. My dad’s hospice provider recommended wellrive for their move to assisted living. While I was unable to engage wellrive for the move due to the rapid scheduling we needed, It did make me aware of them, so I engaged them to do a home clean out. I could bot be happier with the service I received. Sunnie, my “move manager” took care of arranging the sorting, donations and removal of everything, even helping find a cleaning contractor. I’m also grateful that the team was careful sorting. There were several piles of important papers they set aside for

Cris, move Mgr. She was absolutely excellent. Handled everything, peaceful for us. Provided wonderful packers and unpackers who cared about our needs and wanted to please us. WellRive recently did a move for my parents (in their late 80's) Wow! I exceeded ALL expectations. Their team helped them downsize before the move; they packed everything (very carefully!), moved it to their new place and then unpacked it so that it was not just 'livable' from the very first night, but felt like 'HOME' to my parents. Great Job to their team, particularly Sunnie, Polly and Kelly!
