We have been parking here for quite some time, enjoying the convenience and accessibility of the parking. But during the Christmas season, we were forced to spend about 30 minutes at the gate because they could not get it open, forcing us to miss the performance we were going to. It is clear that the management is more concerned about making a few dollars than people.
This is the biggest nightmare. We have been here in for over an hour. And one old man Is taking payments. How is this remotely acceptable?? I cannot fathom running a garage this way. Get kiosks or more employees. Anxiety inducing and no other nearby garage traps you like this. DO NOT PARK HERE for any event.
We were in there seven minutes and wouldn’t refund us the $10 parking charge which was insane
