Wells Pest Control

I have had Wells Pest control for 18 years and have always been completely satisfied. I get the four times a year plan and prepay. The fellow who usually does my house is very knowledgeable, helpful and does an exceptional job.

Excellent customer service! Very responsive and was able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours to take get rid of a bee problem. Also came back 10 days for second spray. We will use them from this point on! 😊

Had this company come out not only once, but twice to fix a problem that wasn't fixed even after the second visit, which is most likely due to them not even spending 2 hours in my home in both visits combined. I called them back after the second visit and was told I would need to wait 2 weeks before they would come back again. I decided to contact a second company and they were wonderful, and got the issue resolved in the FIRST visit they were there. I received a bill from Wells and I told them I was not paying over $500 for a service that was not complete and with them spending only 1 Hour and 45 minutes in my house between two visits. I spoke to Tyler today about this after receiving a collections call for this and went through the whole situation with him, he was absolutely terrible to

Great service, great pricing, and prompt personal care. Vince showed up within an hour of my emergency phone call and was very polite and professional. Within a day or two, no more ants!! I highly recommend Vince Simpson and his company, Wells Pest Control.

Great service. Had them come out for a treatment they hit every corner in the whole house and outside. Great to deal with. I bought a new house and the previous owners installed termite stations and didnt inform us that they would be removed if we didnt have them service every year. Called and talked to them they came back out the next day and installed them. He explained everything about what happened and apologized to me. Can't be happier with them.
