We cannot say enough great things about Jim Wells and his crew! Chris F. was punctual, polite, and very communicative throughout the estimate/sales process. Jimmy, the crew supervisor, was friendly and professional. The crew started work early, and by 4 p.m., they were finished and had cleaned up completely. Other than the new roof, there was no evidence that anything had happened that day. The roof looks great and there have been no leaks. Jim has built a trustworthy business based on excellent customer service. He's always been responsive, helpful, and genuinely kind. We would recommend Wells Roofing without hesitation.

Wells Roofing and Seamless Gutters installed new gutter and leaf-guards to our home. Brooks was very professional, friendly, and was great to work with. The company worked with us to stay within our budget. The crew that arrived did one hell of a job. The crew was very professional and kind. We did a walk-around to ensure my expectations were met. We just completed our new Roofing project with Wells Home Improvements and my wife and I couldn't be happier. Our salesman Mike H. inspected/reviewed the old roof with us. He fully explained issues and important missing features in the old roof. We then looked at available materials. Mike wrote up a detailed quotation and provide us with a very fair price describing the high quality materials and installation date. His team showed up on the installation date and expertly installed our new roof and replaced the sky light in one day! They took particular care covering the gardens around our home, as not to harm any of the plants/bushes during the installation. I was very impressed with the teamwork shown during the installation. Jim, Chris and the whole team were top notch! 10 out of 10!! Start to finish they were all professional, helpful and a joy to work with. The installation crew was awesome as well. They cleaned up after work each evening as this was a big job that took a few days. The gentleman working were polite and friendly, so very happy to have them around the house!! I love my new roof!!!
