We had to move and also upgrade our septic tank and drain field to the new Aerobic System. We contacted numerous Septic Companies and most of them either never returned calls or if they did, did not show up to give us an estimate. One that did took 4 months to give us an estimate and another would not even come unless we gave them $1000 to obtain permits first. Ted Wendland showed up the day I called him and gave us an estimate on the spot, and had a professional one emailed to us the same day. He obtained the permits and had the work done in a timely manner for even less than the original estimate, as he over estimated some items that he was honest enough to say we did not need! I had septic issues after the recent hurricane Milton. I called 2 different companies the first one that came out I wasn’t there for, they supposedly pumped the tank and 2 weeks later full again,at the tune of 400.00 the second company pumped it but didn’t get the right tank so needless to say I was very frustrated,both companies right away wanted to replace the drain field at any where from 10,000 -18000 upon calling wendland septic phone was answered right away and followed up with an appointment.Ted the owner showed up the next day and surveyed the situation suggested a pump out and he knew my frustration I was impressed that he didn’t want to sell me a drain field and most of all he gave me an education on septic,coming from up north septic systems were new to me and I was very impress

I've used Wendland Septic for at least 20 septic/drainfield systems. I'm a Property manager/ Realtor. Most of my properties were occupied and he always completed them as quickly as he could knowing they are occupied. He's also done a few that needed to be done before closing of a sale and was able to complete it before it was closed. Understand that sod is not included and he has never recommended me a Sod company. When purchasing a property the agent needs to specify in the contract to have it sodded otherwise it's on you. My last Sale that Ted did, I arranged for Segura Sod Company once it was completed. Ted has always been honest and very professional.
