The drop off was pretty smooth. Although the drivers are very friendly and hard working, their scheduling staff suck. We waited 2 hours to get to our car after the cruise. There was no staff at the terminal waiting and ensuring there was no cutting.. people were ready to fight because there was no order or organization. Just awful experience. The drivers were nice but they were being verbally abused by customers and they were clearly frustrated. 30+ ahead of us, and 110+ behind us. Over 10 calls trying to call them, no response. When we got to the parking garage, 2 employees sitting on their butts chitchatting and the phone ringing.. just disappointing and incredibly poor scheduling of drivers, and clearly over booked.

This is the worse place to get a cruuse parking. Waited 6h for a shuttle. 0 organization. 0 shuttle No one speaks English. Phone number does not pick up. Unbelievable!

This company sucks. Not sure how this has such a high rating. They are completely disorganized, ignore you running around, and constantly providing miss information. Never using this company again. I'm going to miss my boarding window. Been standing here for over 3 hours.

Had a great experience! The shuttle came and picked us up from the parking garage before the scheduled time, didn’t have to wait long at all. We were confused at the port and the driver came to us and guided us to the shuttle. The drivers know what they’re doing and get you to answer from port quickly.

We booked and paid in advance. The day we parked, they told us the garage would be closed before our return and we had to move to another location. 1.4 miles later but almost 90 minutes later because of the Miami Marathon traffic we arrived at the new garage. Hundreds of people waiting for shuttles that didn't arrive. We Uber ed to our ship for $60 on our return again no shuttles. Called customer service and they said, "We only have a couple shuttles and there's a lot of people to move." After waiting 40 minutes in 37 degrees with no shuttle we Uber Ed back to garage. As we tried to drive out the gate said we owed $433. Eventually we got a representative from We Park who opened the gate allowing us to leave. Uber cost $150 plus $120 for parking. We should have stayed at the Hilton, parked
