Horrible communication. First they made me drive across town to pickup a mini split that they didn’t have after they told me they did. So then they say they’ll have them on Friday. Friday comes and “oh we will have them on Monday”. Monday, I call and they say they can’t even get them. Would never recommend this place to anyone not to mention the insides of the stores are compete wrecks.

People here are really nice. I spent a lot of money at their store. The beautiful light I bought had half the crystals missing. The girl told me the only way they give refunds is if it doesn’t work or there’s parts missing. I see the sign for no cash back, but you can credit someone’s card if you tell them an item is all complete and it’s not. So I got a credit. They have other locations, so since this location didn’t have anything I could exchange we asked about the other locations. We went to another location only to find out that credits are only at the store you bought it at. Why weren’t we told this when we asked about the other locations? If I had known all this in the beginning, I wouldn’t have bought anything there. This could have been handled so much better. They really should re

I have been here on 2 occasions. The first time I was told the had the flooring I wanted. I went there ASAP. only to be told they sold it the day before. The next day I saw the ad again I was told the would hold some for me. Only to find out it was sold the day before I asked about it. Do not take them at their word! Thanks for disappointing my child 2 separate times!

Worst experience ever. Rude customer service and place is really messy and unorganized. Place super small and compacted hardly could walk through. Highly recommend other places just like this which are bigger and better prices and better location.
