In the 17 years I have been in the Restaurant business, SSI is my number one go to for my businesses HVAC needs. Cris is someone I depend on, and has gone above and beyond for me, and I value our business relationship. AJ is my number one requests for Techs! AJ always makes sure he takes the time to explain or teach my repairs I do not understand. They, and SSI as a business is trustworthy and overall amazing to work with.

I recently contracted SSI mechanical for a large commercial job at a medical office property. SSI fully upgraded and customized our automation software and replaced our chillers, boilers and control panels. The owner is extremely knowledgeable, beyond professional and understanding. We will definitely work with SSI in the future and plan to engage their expertise for the other properties in our portfolio.

SSI Mechanical is owned by someone who is from Michigan and believes that people in Florida do not have any work ethics, is lazy and just wants to get money for nothing. He puts down Floridians and southern people all the time but does not feel bad when he himself rips people off by charging them more than he should. I caution any company or person before doing business with SSI. The owner is rude and does not have an ounce of care about anyone in the State that he is trying to make his living. If you do have him perform any service for you make sure that he is not adding on to the price of his parts. Check with Baker or any other local company on parts and then compare what he is charging you. He has charged a company I worked for before a 1.5 markup when it was suppose to be a 1.10
