So thankful for Ivan! An electrician told me my BlueStar range wasn’t working and I should buy a new one. Ivan came out, figured out the real issue, and got it working again. I just had a great experience with West Appliance Service. I called the company Saturday morning because two of my tenants had problems with their gas ovens. Their staff was great and was able to arrange for someone to come out the same day. Ivan arrived on time, and quickly assessed the problem in both ovens. He not only checked the issue that I had called about (ovens not heating up), but he also checked the burners, and discovered that one burner on each stove was not lighting. He was able to fix one and said that he could get a part for the other as soon as the supplier re-opened on Monday.Today he returned as promised with the parts and fixed both stoves as well as the burner. Our freezer stopped working recently. When I called West Appliance Service they came to my home to assess the problem within 1 hour of calling. They were able to come back the next day to complete the repairs once they knew what parts they needed. The service was quick, smooth, and well done. We had a great experience working with Ivan and highly recommend anyone to use their services. We will definitely be a repeat customer if our appliances need repair.

Incredible service, prompt, thorough, and gracious. I called over a holiday week at 8am for a broken oven. By 10am Ivan was peering into my oven and by 10:15 had diagnosed the problem. For the fix, he suggested two parts of vastly different price points and gave me reasons why either would work. He went out for the part and oven was fixed by 12:30. While here he also cleaned out the coils in my refrigerator - who knew you had to do that. They offer a yearly service contract which I immediately signed up for. I rarely write reviews and even more rarely suggest that people sign up for things. Recommending this place for appliance repairs very highly.
