West Ark Garage Door

West Ark came and installed my new garage door opener with ease. Took the time to make sure the myQ was working and both remotes were programmed correctly and even programmed my vehicle for me. I highly recommend them for any of your garage door needs very efficient and informative and has a great work ethic.

If you need garage door repair or service, Joshua @ West Ark Garage Door is the man to call. A metal stake caught in our garage door track bending the track and sending the whole door off kilter. We called West Ark Garage Door Mon afternoon and Joshua was at our home the next day at the time promised. He had the bent track replaced and the door operating smoothly in less than 20 minutes. Very kind, courteous & respectful. The cost was much lower than we'd expected we'd pay. Thanks Joshua!

I cannot say enough good things about Josh. He is awesome. I was told by a previous repair person that opener couldn’t be and here’s the cost. The opener was only 7 years old. Lucky for me my boyfriend had ordered me a new opener and hired an installer through Home Depot Josh showed up on a Saturday morning as he said; I visited with him about current opener and he said he’d look at if I wanted and in doing so fixed it, oiled the hinges, adjusted springs and checked all opening devices and just charged me a very reasonable service call in about 30 minutes. You need to give him a call if you’re needing anything with garage doors and openers. Can’t say enough great things about him. Great person with integrity!

Joshua gave the BEST costumer service I could have asked for! He was very thorough when looking over what was wrong with our garage door and explained everything. Also very nice and professional. He even did a couple maintenance upkeeps on the door as well. Call them if you need your garage door worked on!!
