Adrian and his crew from West Coast Siding and Trim recently installed our patio cover, and we are very happy with the results. The project included flush-mounted lights, ceiling fans, post lights, receptacle outlets, and concrete footings. Adrian, as the hands-on project manager, was thorough, patient, and addressed every concern quickly. Joe, the electrician on his crew, did excellent work. Patio cover was only installed about 9 months ago and it has always leaked water and provided no cover from water. Reached out to Dan and never heard anything back. When I was looking to install patio cover the response was so quick now it’s non existent. They talk about the lifetime warranty and helping if there’s any issue prior to installing but yet now they ignore. Really really bad service/applying of patio cover. Neighbors had other patio services for installation and non of them have a leak.

They were ready sooner than their estimate. The team of three guys were friendly and did a great job. Adrian, the project manager, came to make sure the job was done to their standards before the team left the job site. They left the area clean after the job was completed.
