West Coast you saved the day! When my husband and I were in need of someone to fix our well system West Coast answered right away and I spoke to Trinda she was fast, knowledgeable, and reliable! Our two techs that came to our home solved our issue immediately! Had our well system back on working better than ever within the hour! Our techs even pulled our trash can back to the garage door! That’s how good they are!!!! Those kind of acts of kindness really turned our stressful day to a really good day! Definitely recommending them to everyone I know. My irrigation pump failed just before a long planned trip. I called West Coast because they drilled the well and installed the pump in 2004. Glen arrived the next day and had the problem diagnosed in less than 30 minutes - pump replacement required. Submerged pump 100 feet down a cased well. A crew arrived in a couple of hours. One member of the crew had been with the company for 15 years. Everyone else had been there over 20 years, including Tom, who originally drilled my well in 2004. The job was done quickly, efficiently, and very professionally. The price was reasonable. Don't shop for pump and well service. Just call West Coast.

I never leave negative reviews. I've always taken them with a grain of salt, figuring there are two sides to every story. But I'm making an exception here because I genuinely wish I would have known any of this going into our first experience with drilling a new well, so I hope this helps someone else who doesn't know what to expect when drilling a well: • Ask about their rigs and access solutions: Don't assume they can just get into your yard. If you have tight spaces, soft ground, or specific landscaping in a wet, rural area like Florida, ask if they have a limited access rig or if they use protective mats (like the heavy-duty ones TECO uses during storms) to make a path.
