First time customers. We are thrilled with their work. Ordered 50 bales and installation for a few garden beds around the house along with a tree line at the front of our property. Dago and his crew showed up on-time and completed the job promptly. They had extra bales on-hand, so we were able to compete the job as we ended up needing 78 bales. We could not be happier with the results from West Cobb Pine Straw. I looked at a couple of different quotes, and they were the most effective. I was able to order off my phone; which was great! I was quick and efficient as I knew how many bales of pine straw I needed. I also added the option for them to install it. When they came out, we were not even home. They were able to come in and install, and we were pleasantly surprised at the look of our house when we arrived. I had pinestraw delivered and installed on Wednesday. The guys came promptly and started to work unloading immediately. I would have preferred that the supervisor had walked around with me so that I could have showed him the area I wanted covered but he just talked with me at the truck. The guys worked hard and did a good job spreading. All areas were covered and everything looked good when they left.

I needed long needle pine straw delivered & spread. The place I’ve gotten my pine straw from for over 10 years is currently out of pine straw, so I called West Cobb Pine straw based on their positive reviews. The gentleman on the phone was prompt, professional and polite. The property only needed 30 bales so I was disappointed when told their minimum to spread was 40 bales. He said, I can deliver 30, just not spread it…. I asked the price per bail and was told $5.00. So I ordered 30 bales to be delivered the next week. I gave him my credit card info and he told me I would not be charged until it was delivered.
