Priced out mini splits and ther price beat all of the other estimates. They were efficient, pleasant and timely with installation and have had no issues in the two years I have had them. Our office building had new HVAC units installed and when one of them failed they were responsive in getting to the work immediately and restoring heat. Excellent customer service both times!

I wish I could give a 10 star review. I could write a book of the amazing customer service that I have received from West. Had a boiler go out and they came in and installed a temporary water heater until the new boiler came in. Had a water leak later and they came within 30 minutes after I called on a Friday afternoon. Long story short, they stayed until 9pm and get the leak fixed and got all the water out before they left. Everyone that I have had contact with has been professional and has been more than accommodating. Amazing customer service and they will be go to for any future needs.

Came out after we had a blown capacitor on our well pump, they diagnosed the problem and had it fixed very fast. Had them back for a furnace checkup and they came out the same day. Highly Recommend.
