When we bought our home, we discovered that the original ductwork had been installed directly on the ground in the crawl space and was rusting out. Our house was built in 1890 (which was before indoor plumbing, electricity, or central HVAC) so the crawl space is extremely tight, less than 18” in most areas. West end heating and Air is the company you call when you want on time quality service. They installed a brand new HVAC system in our home 4 years ago and it's still running like new. We just had our 6-month checkup and everything was perfect. Friendly on time and very knowledgeable.

We are yet to finish work with them but The technician was able to provide his suggestions. We need to replace one hvac unit and he cleaned the other one which. Was not providing heat. During his diagnosis he also found our water tank leaking and provided good plumber contact. We are happy with the overall promptness.
