We use West Florida Cabinets for the majority of our homes and can count on them to build a quality product at a fair cost and reasonable timeline. Family owned business that stands by their work and customers.

We loved our original, installed island by this company, but their response to our original complaint is filled with lies. We did not cuss their employees at all . Also, when our original island was ordered our sink was not available so we purchased one ourselves and they installed it at our home, after the island was built. They never had our sink at their shop as they stated and should correct themselves. They assembled our new replacement island in our driveway (after we had a leak) and we're left with huge gaps, uneven cutting and poor trim job. Very disappointing . They also showed up unannounced and did unauthorized work. We have everything on video thankfully! We also have chips in every white cabinet installed by them from day one and they have never offered to touch them up . I'm

They installed my cabinets throughout my home I LOVED the look and the quality Then I had a warranty issue with a Leak due to faulty plumbing no fault of the cabinet company however the island would need replacing and the quality I raved about went out the door as you can see in the phots the cut alone the sink looks like a 2 year old did it and the Solution was to add a piece of scribe around the edges above the dishwasher was about a 2 1/2 inch gap that they used a different species of wood to fill it in and was going to put trim over that causing it to stick out even farther The sink on shims and still a 8th to a 1/4” from the counter I sure hope the west Florida cabinets makes this right so I can change my review

The cabinets were installed in a new built home. Less than a year later and the paint is just falling off the cabinets. Terrible quality! Would not recommend. Called to ask if they would check it out and they said they would send someone but they were not under warranty and doubt they could do anything. Never heard from them again. The wood is cheap.
