Don arrived 5 minutes early for our inspection. Discussed what he was going to do. Gave him access, completed the inspection quickly, but thoroughly. Very pleasant, informative. Offered to submit the inspection to our insurance company himself. Just a nice guy, who presents himself as the kind of guy you want to bring back the next time. Very pleased. Thanks

Really appreciative of don and the team of west Florida inspections! From A to B, Don covered ALL bases in our purchase of a home. He initially inspected and found items needing attention and then reinspected afterwards for the all clear! In a timely manner to boot! Will recommend and use them again.
