I highly recommend West Georgia Garage Doors for garage door installation and other garage door related needs. I contacted multiple vendors in the Douglasville/Powder Springs area for quotes and the prices varied widely. What set West Georgia Garage Doors apart from the others was the level of level of communication (Jamie was always responsive) and his willingness to accommodate us. The pricing was competitive, but the service provided was top-notch. He came when promised and finished the installation to our satisfaction. Jamie was extremely knowledgeable. My husband and I are highly pleased with the outcome and the entire experience.

On Friday, my garage door spring broke. I called a number of places, and I was told by some dispatching company that I would receive a call back. I called West Georgia garage doors. He texted me immediately and asked me for pictures of the inside and outside of my garage. I sent the photos to him and he told me he could get out to me on Monday around 11 AM to replace it. Not only was he the most reasonable as far as pricing, He showed up on time and had the job finished in less than 20 minutes. I had excellent customer service and highly recommend!

I would have given them a 5, but... I am a little surprised by the follow-up services. WGGD replaced my garage door last year with insulated panels, and we love it! The temperature in the garage was pretty nominal during the summer (rejecting heat from the outside) and warm in the winter (retaining the heat on the inside). The work was done well and it really improved the look of the house. That's definitely worth 5-Stars. However, now that we are ready to change our opener, I've emailed and called multiple times, but no one has returned my emails/calls.
