West Hudson Wellness Parking

My experience with the woman who claims to manage this parking lot has been extremely negative. She has spoken to me and my mother very rudely on multiple occasions, especially when we accidentally left our keycard in the lot. Even though she has the ability to help, she insisted we pay the $25 fee every time. She also told me she would cut my access card and even threatened my mother over a payment issue that she had been handling for months. What’s worse, my mother—who is currently going through cancer treatment—is now being charged double. It feels completely unfair and unprofessional. Based on my experience, this lot desperately needs someone who treats customers with respect and handles issues properly. I’m not sure if the owner knows about this but I hope he reads this review.

I wouldn’t even give this lady who is behind the mic the one stars . She is very rude! Always yelling. A lot of ppl have complained and no one has done nothing. If she don’t like her job she shouldn’t be working there.
