West Mechanical replaced our 14 year old radiant floor boiler that had a failed heat exchanger that was emitting carbon monoxide 😳. The new high efficiency boiler is mounted on the wall. The plumbers were knowledgeable, careful, and courteous and completed the work in 1.5 days. We are enjoying the warmth after two weeks without heat.

Recently, I encountered an issue with a gas furnace in a unit I rent out to Mystic Arts in a building I own in LaConner, Washington. I was particularly impressed with Clint from West Mechanical. Aaron from West Mechanical came to our home to perform our annual system checkup and provided excellent service from start to finish. During the inspection, he discovered that the thermostat was not operating properly on the heat pump, even though the air conditioning side was still working. Aaron Evan’s came out today last minute in between jobs because we lost heat during the winter today. Our original appt was supposed to be Monday but Ethan the scheduler made everything come together. Aaron showed up the true professional, explained how a furnace works and did some extensive troubleshooting. My heat pump had some fault code that was causing all the problems and at the end of the day he figured it all out and we have heat!. That’s not the end of the story.
