We had them out twice now and both times they were a pleasure to work with. They replaced a dented door panel section and replaced two openers. Made quick work of both. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any future garage door issues.

In November 2025 West Michigan Door Co installed a new 16' Wayne Dalton aluminum extrusion to the bottom of our garage door. In January we noticed the extrusion was bent. We contacted West Michigan Door Co. They sent out the original installer of the extrusion who agreed the extrusion was bent and told us someone would be back within a week. That was 2 months ago. We have called the office 3 times since that visit and were told the owner would call us. Today is February 12 and we have not received a phone call from anybody at West Michigan Door Co.

West Michigan Door just installed a new residential garage door at our house. They were wonderful to work with every step of the way. The sales staff was very helpful. The installers were polite and professional and went above and beyond in making sure our new remotes and remote keypad were up and running before they left. The garage door is quiet, attractive, and I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Very awesome company. I started with a broken spring on my old door. I decided I wanted a new door. I contacted West Michigan Door and they were able to come out and temporary fix the spring on my old door while we were waiting for the new door to come in. They have a great selection of doors to chose from. Very easy to order what I wanted. I have to give them extra shout out for having to come out and fix the 2nd spring that broke. They installed the door right after it came in. Great company and very friendly staff. I would recommend them to anyone. 5 stars.

We have been very satisfied with West Michigan Door over the years. From fixing broken springs, to installing a new opener, to our recent new door installation. We have had nothing but positive experiences. They fit us in the schedule quickly and do quality work every time. Highly recommended.
