I lost water pressure overnight, no water in the house. My well pump was running. I called Mike and he asked me some questions about it, had me send some photos, and gave me some solid advice to try before he would come out, sparing me a service call. He called me to check up later in the day, to see if I got it handled. His advice was right! 100% I'll recommend to everyone!

My girlfriend called them for help with a well pump. Well pump was running non stop but was not pulling up water. 15 minutes after he arrived he informed us he charges $150 cash (would have been nice to know in advance) for a service call and that he had done all he would do for that price. He reassured my girlfriend and I that he has many years of experience and that the pump was very slowly building pressure, although there was no water coming out of the faucet when he checked just before trying to rush out the door as soon as he had the cash in his hand. I asked a few more questions to get clarification on what the next steps should be since he mentioned maybe having to "mess with a valve" and maybe unplug the pump at some point. Our water pressure switch was not working this morning, so I called Mike and he said he'd be here within 1/2 hr because he wasn't far away. Arrived in only 15 minutes. Switched out pressure switch, and on his way in less than 20 minutes . Great guy's and super fast service. I highly recommend them. The price was more than fair especially for me being a Vet and senior citizen! Thanks Mike!

We had a leaking pressure tank, after calling several plumbers none who wanted to mess with a outdoor well pit. I contacted Mike. He came out with in a hour for a quote while I was at work. I contacted Mike next morning he told me the quote and he could do it that afternoon. I was expecting several days lead time. The quick service was much appreciated. I was so impressed with Mike's professional service and knowledge that I asked him about when he had time to look at another job for me. Again expecting several days, Mike said now is a good as anytime. Long story short. I got both problems fixed in the same day. Thank You Mike.

Called Mike tonight around 7:45pm. Our pressure switch was shot, we had absolutely no water. Mike was here within 20 minuets. Water going strong within 20 minuets of him being here.
