West Michigan Well Drilling

I had a older 2” well that was experiencing some pressure issues. I tried to replaced the pump myself, only to create more issues leading me to be completely without water. Jim and his crew came over to evaluate the situation, agreed to pull the old well to see what was going on. When they pulled it, it was clear it’s time had come. Jim explained I needed a new well (which I knew would be the case) we discussed our options on well locations and such and Jim got started a few days later after we got the permit from the health department. We are up and running on new water and couldn’t be happier! A night and day difference with pressure and volume! I would recommend WMWD to anyone looking for quality, professional, service.

Very polite and efficient, decent prices compared to others around while calling for quotes. Had my water running after 3 minutes of being there. Just took 9 days with no running water before he was able to come, with being such a simple problem, my life would have been easier with a soon stop. Otherwise, he would have gotten 5 stars!! Jim made an extra trip to my house to confirm that I did indeed need a new well, not just assuming and costing me money. I felt that Jim was willing to work with us in trying to save some money here and there so we weren't overwhelmed with an unexpected cost. I'm thankful a friend referred me to this well drilling company. I called and left a message the evening our pump stopped working. There was nothing but cold air coming through all of our pipes. They called me first thing in the morning and worked us into their busy schedule at the end of the day. They were here until late in the evening to make sure they were able to fix the problem and provide running water for us prior to the holiday weekend. We are very grateful for their service and quick response! Very kind people to work with!

We discovered water problems at our summer cabin and were referred to West Michigan Well Drilling.. They picked up the phone immediately, even though it was after-hours on a Friday, and made an emergency Saturday call to check out the problem. After determining that a new well was, indeed, needed, they applied for the permit to dig first thing Monday morning, and began drilling on Tuesday. By Thursday, the job was done, WELL ahead of schedule. Efficient, friendly, knowledgeable.......I can't say enough about how these guys handled our problem and got us back up and running.
