Unsecured load on 81 dropped a long flat coal shovel in the middle of the lane. And then sped off at 80 mph trying to avoid me getting their attention after I hit the shovel that fell out of the back of their truck which was unsecure on the highway. Will pursue damages.
Our roads are always cleared during the winter even on the dead end street we live on. As spring rolls in the roads are swept and our kids can ride their bikes, scooters and skate boards without sand and rocks in the way. During the summer they repair roads as necessary and do a great job of keeping the shoulders clear and draineage ditches clean. Thanks for doing a great job all year!!
It's not a paving contractor, it is a municipal highway garage. The county health department was using the facility for a Free Rabies clinic.
