West Ottawa Sprinkling installed our system during one of July's extreme hot weather spells. I was impressed with how well they took care of their employees by giving them breaks and kept them hydrated. They were easy to work with to schedule the quote and the work day(s). Their work was efficient and they left the work site clean. I highly recommend them.

I wish I could give 10 stars here. This was an awesome experience start to finish. I needed extra sprinkling for my school, Avalon School of the Arts. Adam came out, walked the area with me, and went through the controller zones with me. The install was fast and it looks & works great. Thanks again!

It is astonishing we’ve had to work so hard to get service when that’s what they’re trying to sell…a service. The receptionist, Sue, has been incredibly rude and dismissive each time I have talked to her, and each time no progress has been made towards fixing our sprinklers. My husband was told our sprinklers would be fixed “early next week” - that was two weeks ago. When I called I was told we weren’t even on the schedule and it would be “late next week” - that was a week ago. As someone who has been in the customer service industry for over 15 years, I cannot fathom treating people in such a disrespectful manner. Very disappointed.
