I had West Roots Tree Service come out to evaluate and remove a tree that had fallen in my backyard. At first, I thought my only option was to let it fall completely onto the fence and then repair the damage later, but Chase and Corey came out and handled the situation perfectly. They safely and efficiently took the tree down without using big machines and, most importantly, without causing any damage to my fence—even though there was a real risk it could have been damaged. They explained everything clearly, worked carefully, and did it all at a very affordable price compared to other companies that quoted me for heavy equipment and bigger crews. We just hired West Roots Tree Service for a storm damage clean up and they did a great job. Chase and Cody worked as an efficient team to assess the number of downed trees to be removed and carefully cut these large trees up without damaging the surrounding trees or our landscaping and lawn. They worked non stop and got the whole job done faster than I thought possible and they took some extra time to clean up and messes or twigs.
