One star is too many. We called them out to unlock our apartment. Lock smith showed up 30 minutes late when given a 2 hour heads up. Then when he arrived he tried for less than 20 minutes to unlock. He was unsuccessful and then request 95 dollars. We payed him and waited for the following day when the keys arrive again. Put the keys in the door and the cylinder is completely jammed. After spending 250 dollars on a new lock set I reached out to the company asking for some sort of a refund as they completely ruined the lock. I was met with the most unprofessional, rude, and down right disrespectful individual. I personally had a terrible experience with this locksmith, so be very careful before hiring him. I called this locksmith to open my door because my keys were locked inside of my apartment. Unfortunately, he was not successful in opening my door and recommended he drill. I declined as access to my apartment was not urgent and I would instead wait for my boyfriend to return with his key the next day. When my boyfriend came home and tried to use his key to open the door the key was not able to turn to unlock the door. This was brought to the locksmith's attention and as a response he said we were "obviously using the wrong key" then blamed me for the damage! Last week, Like the ditz I am, I locked myself outside of my house while mowing my lawn. I luckily had my phone in my pocket and was able to look up a locksmith, this company was the first to pop up.
