Daniel and Trevor were my install team. They had an arrival time between 8-10 am, they arrived at 8:10 am. They explained the process thoroughly. They had me examine the doors to confirm it was what I selected. I took pictures throughout the process and they cleaned up throughout the process. They kept a professional demeanor the whole time they were in my residence. Daniel also offered to move my doorbell up which I loved because I don’t know why the previous owners had the doorbell so low, lol. When the project was finished they explained how to close the door. Absolutely incredible work and service! I bought my house a little over a year ago and it’s an old home (100 years), so it’s had a steep learning curve as a homeowner. I knew when I moved in that I wanted the front door to be more secure than it was, and that a storm door was also important to me as I have a dog and wanted the extra benefits of having one. This bathroom remodel was definitely a difficult job. The team at West Shore Home had to deal with a cracked tub, extensive water damage to the flooring, some structural repairs to the floor but they pulled it together in two days and did a very nice job. A new tub/shower, new toilet and new floor is just what this bathroom needed. I am very happy with the final result. And being that this bathroom is in a rental, it is reassuring to know that this work comes with a lifetime guarantee. My wife and I experience was great with West Shore Home - Chuck and Larry. The arrived early in the morning and they wasted no time getting to work, laying down canvas drop clothes prior to starting their work. They polite and professional. They were willinf to answer all of our questions and concerns. Once they were finished they asked for our options in satisfaction. I was pleasantly surprised how they left clear instructions to not use or put anything in the shower for the next 24 hours. My wife and I are look in having Chuck and Larry remodel our other bathroom. I would highly recommend West Shore Home.

Our windows were replaced on 11/24/25. Excellent job! This will save us some money and energy on our heating /ac bill. We have been here just a little over 7 years and it was time, we got a good deal from West Shore and it was done before Thanksgiving!
