Outstanding, I would like to thank the Installers James and Trent from West Shore Home who installed my new walk-in shower converted from a 1976 fiberglass tub. They also installed a new comfort height toilet and floor. The greatest thing is now I will never have to worry about problems with any of it. It comes with a lifetime warranty if it breaks or goes bad they fix it. James and Trent are amazing to work with and was even able to explain all my questions I had and went above what you would expect anyone else to do. They kept me up to speed with each step of the instalation. I also want to thank the salesman/designer Tyler Daniels for explaining how West Shore Home works and how they operate with no outside contractors that they do all the work themselves. After receiving an extremely expensive first estimate from another window company, I met with Marc Pavao, our design specialist throughout the process. Marc was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and helped us design the perfect set of windows for far less than the other company. After meeting with him and seeing how reasonable West Shore's prices were, I canceled the meeting with a third company and signed the paperwork with Marc. AAA+. Thomas, John & Jose are 3 of the smartest builders Ive ever met. Yes, hard workers but efficient. Quick demo, appropriate disposal of old tub & wall, attention to detail with the plumbing & trim work and good cleanup behind themselves. A pleasure to have in my house, yep! We are thrilled with our new shower. From the presentation to the quality of work and materials to the management follow-up to make sure everything was perfect. The crew arrived on time, were professional, put down dropcloths and were careful and respectful of our home. They worked diligently removing the old shower and installing the new one and were done in about six hours. They removed the debris and you wouldn’t have known they were here except we have a sparkling new shower! (In the attached photos you can see that I haven’t removed the stickers yet on the shower doors). I highly, highly recommend West Shore Home.
