A three-man team came out today — one guy handled the front door while two tackled the back. It ended up being about a 10 hour job. Our house is older and nothing is exactly square, which is why I hired West Shore in the first place. It was definitely beyond my own skill level. Curt, Mike D., and Jeff all did an awesome job. We can’t stop looking at the transformation — it’s amazing. The outside noise is noticeably reduced, and the quality really shows. They also did our windows about eight years ago, and once again I’m really pleased with their professionalism. They showed us how everything works, took their time, and treated the house with respect. Floors were covered throughout, and they cleaned and shined everything up before leaving. Had a tub to shower conversion done only to have the wrong size shower installed (smaller size than what we were to get). They left a piece of old trim that ended halfway down the wall in place and cut the shower to fit around the short piece of trim (instead of putting a new piece of trim that went the whole way to the floor) only to have a crack appear, had a leak in our dining room damaging ceiling tiles, put a large piece of awful looking trim on the floor to cover up the shower being the wrong size and moved a piece of paneling beside shower causing a gap in our flooring, caulking was missing and crooked at spots. It was explained to us that they didn't use caulking, that there was a process of fusing the panels together and never needing to caulk again. Was told it isn't caulking, i

Much more than I expected! The installation crew: Greg P.,Shane T.,and Jude B. Were the Best! Very Professional and Courteous. Went about their business and completed the job with great confidence and within the time frame we were told. Excellent cleanup and debris removal. Loved the job!

It was a great experience. Salesman Zack B was fantastic. The installation team was “top shelf” Greg P, Joey G, and Mike S were wonderful. They could not have been nicer or more professional. I am excited and overly pleased with my new shower-bathtub complete unit. The installers,Charlie P and Pete P arrived on time in the morning and we're finished up in a few hours, gutting and installing the new unit.
