I would recommend them to anyone! Our shower was installed and they started at 8:30 and was completed at 3:30. Cory Maddox was so very helpful and responsive which is a nice change from other companies that don’t care about the customers. Anytime I texted or called I got an immediate response! Sam McQuaid and Corey were our installers and went above and beyond to install the shower with minimal noise and cleaned up everything. My husband and I have never been so impressed with the level of service they provided.

West shore was recommended by some friends and they lived up to that recommendation. The consultation was easy and Emilio, the salesmen worked with us on different options and price packages. We never felt pressured or rushed. For the install, our oversized shower and matching floors turned out great! Gabriel S. and Trevor T. were friendly and professional and made sure I was informed on the days progress. Their craftsmanship was/is solid so far and as stated above looks great!

The entire West Shore Team, from the initial consultation two weeks ago, to the installation of our new front entry door have been truly outstanding. The door looks AWESOME and our entire family loves it. Lance, our designer was very friendly and sensed what our family was looking for and showed many variations until we all agreed on the door in the pics below. The installers, William and Gaige, were very prompt and went right to work. You could tell they both took pride in their work as they took their time to ensure the door fit just right and was air tight. William let me know every phase they were at, just to keep me informed. The three man crew that came to install exterior doors was very impressive. Luke C.,Luis G, and Brian C. We’re the utmost professionals. All three of them always responded with “yes sir” or “no sir” to my questions or comments. Luke, who I took as the crew leader was fantastic. He remeasured each door before starting work on removing them as he said the wrong time to find out the doors are wrong is when the old ones are out. I would very highly recommend this particular crew do do work on my home in the future.
