A fully fulfilled order of commercial Christmas lights was shipped to the exact address the customer personally entered at checkout. That address was verified by the bank, and UPS confirmed delivery with photographic proof showing the package delivered undamaged behind a secured gate. Despite this, the customer filed a chargeback claiming the address was unrelated to him, which is false. Public property records show the home belongs to his wife, directly connecting the delivery location to his household. Very rude and sounded annoyed/bothered when I messaged and called to ask for a quote. I’m sure they do decent work based on these other reviews but cmon don’t be rude to someone having their backyard done for the first time. May they learn their lesson to treat customers better and with more warmth. I had a much better experience with others in this business whom I spoke with.

Dependable, clean, quick, and reasonable. They did a great job landscaping my front yard. They worked 12 hour days to get it done quickly. I love it. I keep going outside to look at my beautiful new yard. Ray and Stephanie worked hard to make sure I was happy.
