We had some pet damage in two different areas from our dogs & needed a good deep clean in our high traffic areas & he took care of everything for us! Our carpets look BRAND NEW & you can’t even tell the dogs destroyed certain areas where he repaired. I am beyond happy with this service. He was greatly priced as well as quick, efficient & on time. Super friendly too. We will 100% be getting our carpets done by Ross again when we need them done. It’s hard to find quality work that doesn’t overcharge nowadays.

We had a paint bucket emergency 2 hours before our house was supposed to be photographed to put on the market. We called and Ross was over in about an hour. Ross went above and beyond. First he took care of the paint quickly. Then because he knew we were having photos taken he asked if he could freshen up our front room for us. He asked if we had any other areas. I asked if he could do the stairs. He knocked out our front room and stairs in about a half an hour. They looked great. He also wished us well on selling our house. We were very impressed! Five PLUS star service!! Ross was very professional from the beginning to the end. He sent reminders and kept me informed. It was a completely worry free process. I’m a busy working mom and he made this so easy, all I did was make the first phone call and he owned it from there! Loved how quickly I got an invoice in my email and paid right off a link he provided. I will make sure to pass his name on to family and friends!
