Don’t do business with this place the driver’s run four-way stop signs when they’re hurrying to a service call in Woodland Hills off Erwin. You would think that they would know to drive better seeing that the one 800 number and the name of the business is tattooed on the side of their work truck. The driver stared at me the whole time. It was some guy wearing glasses. If the guy comes your appointment wearing glasses just now he doesn’t know how to drive.

We did not have a good experience. They installed a new garage door and motor and they tagged it, they had to service it once. We needed service again and even though they had their name on the tag, said it wasn’t in their system, so they didn’t install it. This was all in one year. Then they wanted to sell us a new motor. Another company came over for something else and we asked if he knew about garage doors. He looked at it and reprogrammed the garage door, for free.

I am so disappointed in our gate. Every time it rains, it stays open. It randomly gets stuck open at least every other month. It has been a year since our gate was installed, and it has been nothing but trouble. WGES came out several times, but the gate still consistently breaks down & their techs do not seem to know how to fix it. I no longer call them. In addition, after paying for this very expensive non-functional gate, Heather, in their accounting department, called me for non-payment, even though the check I sent was cashed. She mysteriously found it later? Call someone else. You will save time and probably money.

The last service call was very good and deserved a 5 star, but because in the past our experiences with them was not at par, it is hard for me to give them a better review. I’m afraid one they boost up their rating they will go back to their old business as usual which was not professional at all. They sent you a quote and a description of the work that they will do with very high prices which is only to make the work sound very complicated and to justify their high prices. I hope they have raised their standards and going forward they will be as good as the last service they did for us. It was fast, professional and very honest.

I have worked with Keith and Stephan and they both provided not only excellent service, but gave plenty of options and suggestions for the clients to make a decision. Two particular clients were taking a long time to make up their minds, but both Keith and Stephan were patient, stayed on top of things and worked hard to find a solution. Their techs are skilled and talented at installation, repairs and troubleshooting. I highly recommend them.
